Pre and Post-Natal

Both as a mother and a passionate wellness advocate, I understand the complex changes your body will go through, how your needs will change and what support will help you through pregnancy, birth and post-natal. Our studio is a judgement free zone, to give you the space to physically prepare your body. My primary concern is you; your health, wellbeing and happiness, to ensure you can enjoy a healthy pregnancy and have the best chance at smooth post-natal healing, enjoying every moment with your baby. We focus particularly on the huge shift in needs for your core and pelvic floor, preparing your body and then nurturing your muscles back to health.

Pre and Post-Surgery

Any surgery puts huge stress on the body. Aside from the area of the body undergoing surgery, your system is processing medication, and dealing with depleted resources due to the energy that is directed to healing . If you have surgery approaching, I can help prepare your body so you are as strong as you can be going in for your procedure.

I am skilled at working with clients post surgery to regain strength in a very slow and controlled way, and working within surgeon guidelines for a strong and sustainable recovery.

Women’s Health

Qualified in pelvic floor health, pre-natal, post-natal, post op, female hormones, nutrition and PCOS, we are well equipped to deal with female bodies of all life stages.

Whether you are looking for a safe place to return to exercise during pregnancy or after birth, or a boutique environment to lose some weight or work on building some bone density, we are trained to assist you.

We also have a beautiful relaxation space and additional therapies should you simply wish to relax, meditate, stretch and recharge your batteries.

Seniors

Who said you can’t age actively as well as gracefully?! All programs I design for my clients are backed by the most recent scientific recommendations on how best to support the body through the years, and consideration for your complex needs.

In terms of ‘age related’ fitness, menopause years and beyond will have a heavy focus on strength training and balance work.
